Wanda

Meet Wanda. Wanda is a female Australian Kelpie mix female. She was rescued from a busy intersection, very pregnant & only 6 - 8 mos old. Since then, she has had her pups & seen them go to wonderful loving homes. Wanda's favorite past time is to "just be". She's happiest just sitting w/ someone, maybe leaning against them. She just makes a person feel good, needed, & loved. p.s. She is doggie-door trained

Chief

Chief is a beautiful, loving, ALPHA MALE German Shepherd Dog. His owner had to relocate & could not take him. Chief is neutered & current on shots. As he is an "ALPHA" he can not be w/ other male dogs & is very picky about females. He is not friendly toward cats and would do best in a home with no small children This guy needs a loving home full of patience where he can be the only child.

Rocky
Hi, Rocky is a sweet gentle loving boy that has seen more cruelty & heartache than any dog ever should. He was abused & thrown away. Because of this, he has a deformed rear leg (left) but doesn't seem to know it. He has to have a semi-soft diet for the rest of his life because he was emaciated to the point where his intestines shortened & he can not pass hard stools. He is heartworm positive & on chemical maintenance. If you've had a second chance & want to return the love...this is your guy! & until you've been kissed by a Dog, You haven't been kissed!

Leana

Meg

Please help us place these 25 puppies that came to us January 25, 2007. They are all about 6 to8 weeks old. The female they were found with is listed on our website named Lilly but we do not think all of these puppies are her own. We need to find homes for these precious little ones. Milton

Milton is a brown/black hound mix. Milton and his sister Phyllis are very playful and have great dispositions. He loves the lake and likes to swim. He gets along with all the other dogs at the kennel. He is current on his shots and is heartworm free. Milton needs an inside home with a privacy fence or a home with a lot of acreage because he can climb chain link fencing. He loves to exercise and is perfect for an active family.

Ziggy

 "Ziggy" is a Black lab mix. She is small and very loving.  Her est. DOB is 2-1-06. We got her from the pound and she is so sweet. It is going to take a little time for her neck to heal were someone left a collar on her that was way too small for her. She will be better soon, and   is now up to date with all of her shots. She is also on Heart Guard an Front Line. She is happy and healthy and ready for a new loving home with a Fenced in Yard! !

Cherokee is a Tri colored Blue Heeler, Cattle dog mix. His est DOB is 1/04/04. He is completely deaf but it does not seam to bother him a bit. He will make any one a wonderful new family member. Johnny
Johnny is an English Coonhound/Pointer mix. He lives at the kennel with his friend Shep. When Johnny was a puppy he didn't receive any attention and was very shy around people and other dogs. Now he is a little more trusting and very sweet. He gets along with everyone, especially Shep. They have been companions for about two years. Johnny is current on all of his shots and is heartworm free. He needs a new home with a family that will give him the love and attention he deserves.

Why do Georgians need to buy a dog and cat sterilization plate?

Please be sure to buy the Spay/Neuter License plate and help end the needless suffering of unwanted pets.  The plate is available at your automobile tag office.  The proceeds from the sale will provide funds for spaying/neutering and educational programs about the importance of spaying/neutering.
